Can I use my e-bike?

Sure! We have top quality well-maintained e-bikes provided with every tour. There is no need to bring yours unless you want to.

Do I need prior e-bike experience?

It’s helpful to know how to ride a traditional bicycle before riding an e-bike.

What should I bring/wear?

A helmet and one cool bottle of water is provided on tours. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, light rain gear and form of payment for additional purchases, such as, beverages, or items from local stores.

Do you operate tours in bad weather?

We monitor local weather constantly to keep you safe! We do not cancel tours for light rain or passing Florida showers. However, if conditions become dangerous to ride in (such as severe thunder or lightning), we will pause or cancel the tour. If we cancel due to hazardous weather, you’ll receive the option to reschedule or get a complete refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

Booking more than 24 hours in advance offers a full-refund cancellation if canceled within 24 hours of start time. Trip Protection is available. If you book a Friday tour at 10:30 AM without trip protection, you have until Thursday at 10:29 AM to cancel for a full refund.

Purchasing Trip Protection offers a refund, minus booking fee up to 2 hours before start time. If you book a Friday tour at 10:30 AM with Trip Protection, you have until Friday at 8:29 AM to cancel for a refund, minus booking fee.
